Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States and its surrounding territories. Orders typically deliver within 3 to 7 business days from when your order is processed. Orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once orders are shipped and the tracking number is sent, shipping is controlled by USPS and out of our control. If for any reason your order hasn't arrived or there is an issue with your order, please email us at samyasscents@icloud.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

🕯 First Burn Is Everything
• Allow your candle to burn 2–4 hours on the first light
• Let the wax melt fully to the edges of the jar to prevent tunneling

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn
• This helps reduce soot, smoke, and uneven burning

• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time
• Extinguish if the flame becomes too high or flickers excessively
🌬 Keep It Clean & Safe
• Always burn on a heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from drafts, pets, children, and flammable items
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
🔥 Extinguishing Your Candle
• Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out
• Avoid dipping the wick into wax, as this can affect future burns
♻️ Reuse & Repurpose
• Once finished, clean out the jar with warm water
• Reuse it for storage, plants, or décor — sustainability matters to us
💨 Asthma-Friendly Tip
Our candles are made with 100% organic soy wax, cotton wicks, and clean fragrance blends, but we still recommend burning in a well-ventilated space for optimal comfort.
